The laboratory offers phlebotomy services in a patient’s home, nursing homes or ALF’s at no additional charge. The turnaround time for this service is no more than 2 days after the requisition is received by our laboratory staff.

All necessary supplies for specimen collection within doctor’s offices will be provided by the laboratory at no charge. Supplies for most tests are similar with the exception of blood and fluid collection containers. The necesary paperwork needed for test request or Requisition Forms, will be provided as well and are to be properly filled with the correspondent demographic information.

Results for most procedures are available within 24 hours after pick-up. “STATS” test results for those that are considered life threatening will be available within 4 hours. Some tests could have a turnaround time of 3 to 5 days, depending of the laboratory’s need to send them out to another reference lab for additional testing.
